從現場的管路狀況看到,吸油管過長過細,且齒輪泵的方位高于油箱吸油口的方位,經理論核算齒輪泵吸油管液壓油流速到達4m/s,遠超越規劃標準。一起,齒輪泵自身的自吸才能差,在高轉速時吸油管內發作負壓,齒輪泵內部吸油缺乏加速磨損,容積功率快速下降,導致轉罐在重載狀況下轉速下降顯著。
