自進料混凝土攪拌車液壓體系毛病原因剖析

自進料混凝土攪拌車在建設進程中的重要效果日益顯示。大型自進料拌和車一般從拌和站裝上拌和好的混凝土,轉運至工地運用;而自進料混凝土攪拌車一般是在工地鄰近,具有自裝卸、配料與自拌和功用,削減長距離運送且省工的特色。自進料攪拌車的液壓體系又分為閉式液壓體系與開式液壓體系。

從原理上來看,自進料混凝土攪拌車液壓體系為開式負載靈敏開芯回路,通過設備在發起機上的齒輪泵持續向換向閥供油,由先導操控閥作為總開關,通過操控電磁換向閥的翹板開關完結轉罐馬達的正轉與回轉。換向閥的回油分兩路回油箱:一路通過節流閥回油箱,另一路驅動油散馬達,為其他體系的回油進行散熱。

通過毛病狀況與原理比照剖析,以為換向閥的回油通過節流閥的閥口來操控 油散馬達的作業轉速,且節流閥閥口是在出廠前依據發起機怠速調節油散馬達轉速的,一旦節流閥閥口固定,通油才能就會被約束在必定的范圍內。

但是換向閥的輸出流量與發起機的轉速成正比聯系,在發起機高速作業時,換向閥T口油液無法快速回到油箱,形成油散馬達的進油管處壓力過高,超越膠管接受的壓力,所以爆管現象時有發作。因無法得到更具體的技術參數與材料,重載轉速慢及馬達毛病率高是否有直接相關,通過現場檢查實車的體系現狀及運用進程工況,從運用工況來剖析毛病原因。
